Role Overview: You will be leading the roadmap for Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across product and platform teams. Your responsibilities will include architecting and optimizing RAG pipelines, establishing evaluation frameworks, leading research and applied innovation, mentoring senior scientists/engineers, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver AI systems with measurable business impact.
