Data Scientist III, Service Tech

As a Data Scientist III at SCRT Data Science, you will be part of a team dedicated to optimizing user interactions with Supply Chain & Retail Technology tools. Your role will involve integrating analytics into tech teams, utilizing AI and data science techniques to process vast datasets, and predict optimal outcomes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the product roadmap, deep-dive analysis, and machine learning proof-of-concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Own the insights driving outcomes within Fulfillment, Transportation, and Service Technology. - Perform deep-dive analysis using advanced analytical techniques and data science models. - Leverage AI-powered platforms to automate data discovery and generate prescriptive recommendations. - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to drive decision-making with data. - Become a subject matter expert for data, analytics, and testing in your area. - Develop machine learning proof-of-concepts and data visualizations using Python, Looker, and GBQ. - Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning for supply chain and logistics. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in SQL and statistical programming languages, especially Python. - Ability to conduct quantitative analyses on large data sets and explain techniques to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with experimental test design and statistical analysis for business decision-making. - Familiarity with AI-powered platforms for enhancing Data Science output. - Proficiency in data visualization software like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's preferred. - Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
