This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, production ML, and business impact delivery.Orbion Infotech is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Bangalore on-site team. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end analytics and ML projectstransforming data into production-grade models that deliver measurable outcomes.Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and production deployment of predictive and prescriptive ML models end-to-end for business use-cases.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions: feature engineering, model selection, evaluation and A/B testing strategies.
• Build scalable data pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to operationalise models (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
• Conduct model validation, performance tuning, bias analysis and implement robust model governance and observability.
• Mentor junior data scientists, drive best-practice playbooks for code quality, reproducibility and experiment tracking.
• Partner with product and stakeholder teams to prioritize ML initiatives and translate model outputs into actionable business KPIs.
