Data Science Trainer

The RP2 program is designed to help fresh IT graduates bridge the gap between classroom learning and job requirements. The program focuses on real-life professional experience and hands-on projects to enhance technical and non-technical skills. Located in Kochi, RP2 offers a holistic approach through four core pillars to prepare professionals for the IT job market challenges. Position: Technical Trainer for Data Science
Type: Full-time, On-site Experience : 1.5 -3 years Location: Bengaluru Location(HSR Layout)Responsibilities: 

1. Preparing and updating syllabuses of Data Science and keeping them relevant and up to date 
2. Preparing training material for Data Science subjects AI/ML and DL, including Generative AI, with capstone projects in each domain 
3. Conduct seminars, workshops, and bootcamps at colleges, both offline and online 
4. Developing new programs in the Data Science domain as required 
5. Assessing the needs of students and developing training programs that meet those needs 
6. Continuously monitoring students' progress and intervening wherever necessary 
7.  Helping students in mock interviews by conducting technical rounds, aptitude tests, and machine tests 
8.  Improving students' communication skills 

Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Technical Training, Training & Development 
• Strong communication and training abilities 
• Experience in delivering technical training sessions 
• Ability to design and develop training materials 
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 
• Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning is a plus 
• Knowledge in Python, AI/ML, and DL is mandatory 
• Knowledge in Generative AI is an add-on
