Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Science Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and equipping them with practical knowledge and skills to excel in the field of data science. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions on key data science topics such as Python/R programming, data manipulation, data visualization, machine learning, deep learning, and statistics. Develop comprehensive lesson plans, course materials, and practical projects tailored to the curriculum. Provide hands-on guidance on real-world datasets and tools such as Jupyter Notebook, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Mentor students, resolve doubts, and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into the training modules. Evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and practical projects and provide regular progress reports. Collaborate with the academic team to refine and update the curriculum to ensure relevance to the industry. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Science Trainer or in a similar role. Proficiency in data science tools and libraries (e.g., Python, R, pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, SQL). Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students of varying skill levels. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring data scientists. Preferred Skills Experience working on real-world data science projects. Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Tableau. Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
