Role Overview: - EY GDS's Tax Innovation, Solutions, and Technology (IST) group, in collaboration with the Tax Tech Transformation (TTT) team, is dedicated to developing and integrating innovative technology solutions for clients and engagement teams. - You will gain in-depth tax technical knowledge and excel in database management, data analytics, and programming skills to address the evolving regulatory landscape efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and tax experts to develop and integrate technology solutions that enhance value and equip clients with cutting-edge tools for their tax needs. - Apply machine learning techniques, code in Python and R, manage the end-to-end model development process, and design systems for processing large datasets for machine learning applications. - Work on statistical methods, simulation models, and engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and present effective solutions. Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of overall experience with hands-on expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools like neural networks, deep learning, and regression. - Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python, along with experience in end-to-end ML projects. - A Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematics or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering/MCA is required. - Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and strong communication skills are desirable qualities for this role.
