Data Science Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts, driving data-driven decision-making, and designing innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced machine learning models, develop data strategies, and ensure the delivery of impactful insights for our clients in the US, Middle East, and European markets. Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Define and implement data science strategies aligned with business goals. - Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into production. - Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data science projects. - Oversee the development and deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. - Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to drive innovation. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and insights to stakeholders and clients. - Provide regular updates on team performance, project progress, and outcomes to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred). - Proven experience in leading and managing data science teams. - Strong expertise in machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling techniques. - Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for data science and analytics. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets. - Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Experience in the finance, healthcare, or logistics industries is a plus. - Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.
