Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets to join our internal analytics team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in data wrangling, statistical modeling, and the ability to derive business insights from high-volume, high-dimensional data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models for internal use cases.
• Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
• Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Visualize data and present findings using dashboards or detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align data efforts with business goals.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning concepts, and model evaluation.
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL, cloud storage (AWS S3, GCP, etc.), or big data tools.
• Knowledge of data wrangling, EDA, and feature engineering techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of NLP, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), or time series analysis.
• Experience with Apache Spark or other distributed computing frameworks.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹580,954.30 - ₹1,851,364.27 per year
