Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate III - Data Engineering at UST, you will play a crucial role in developing algorithms and working with data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: - Have 5+ years of experience in algorithm development - Utilize Python for data analysis and algorithm development - Work with industrial sensor systems and implement time series analysis for predicting failures/anomalies - Apply key techniques such as segmentation, anomaly detection, and change point detection - Demonstrate a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., scikit-learn) and statistical methods - Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) for effective communication of insights - Work with REST APIs and ORCL data systems - Familiarity with data processing and manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Required: - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry is preferred - Knowledge of techniques like Dynamic Time Warping, PCA, Sensor fusion is highly desirable - Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality control methodologies - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git - Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data warehousing solutions - Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for advanced anomaly detection - Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Additional Details: UST believes in embracing values that have shaped the organization since its inception.
