Data Science Engineer, VP

As a Data Science Engineer at the VP level in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for leading the development of intelligent, autonomous AI systems. Your role will involve designing and deploying AI solutions that leverage technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, and hybrid search techniques to enhance enterprise applications. You will have the opportunity to design and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen to build autonomous agents capable of complex task execution. Additionally, you will implement RAG pipelines by integrating LLMs with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, FAISS) and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j) to create dynamic, context-aware retrieval systems. You will also be responsible for fine-tuning language models, training NER models, developing knowledge graphs, collaborating cross-functionally, and optimizing AI workflows. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 13 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, proficiency in Python, Python API frameworks, SQL, and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, semantic technologies, ontologies, and MLOps tools and practices is essential. Additionally, you should be skilled in building and querying knowledge graphs, have hands-on experience with vector databases and embedding techniques, and be familiar with RAG architectures and hybrid search methodologies.
