Role Overview: As a Decision Science Practitioner Analyst at S&C GN, you will be responsible for leading innovative projects and driving impactful solutions in domains such as Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, and Semiconductors. Your role will involve hands-on technical expertise, client delivery management, and executing cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, decision science, and cloud-based analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop fine-tune models for NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal applications leveraging GenAI frameworks. - Build autonomous workflows using prompt engineering, API/tool integration, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen. - Monitor, debug, and fine-tune AI agents to enhance context handling, error recovery, and response quality. - Create retrieval pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus. - Implement scalable data science workflows on Azure or AWS for marketing, supply chain, or sales analytics projects. - Utilize cloud-native tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring such as SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning. - Perform advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions tailored to business needs. - Manage large-scale datasets, preprocessing pipelines, and feature engineering for diverse data modalities. Qualification Required: - Experience: 2+ years in data engineering/data science. - Education: B tech, M tech in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries for NLP and Computer Vision. - Hands-on experience in GenAI model development, evaluation, and optimization. - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS in data science workflows. - Expertise in machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
