Data Science Assistant Manager

You should have at least 7+ years of experience in the field of Data Science to be considered for the position of Assistant Manager. A Bachelors Degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university is required, while a Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred. Additionally, you should have 6+ years of relevant experience in Generative AI and NLP. Having a strong mathematical background is essential for this role, as you will be required to understand algorithms and methods both from a mathematical viewpoint and an intuitive perspective. Your communication and stakeholder management skills should be excellent, and you should be able to effectively frame problem statements into analytical approaches. A minimum of 5 years of programming experience in advanced Python, including Object-Oriented Programming, is necessary. You should also possess good experience in Machine Learning and forecasting, including working, fine-tuning, and evaluating models. Proficiency in Generative AI and NLP is a must for this role. You should have extensive experience in retrieval augmented generation and a strong grasp of agents. Additionally, a good understanding of transformer architecture and traditional NLP is required. Experience working on AWS, creating APIs for backend systems, and a strong research appetite to explore the latest techniques in Generative AI are also essential for this position.,
