Job Description

As a Data Robot at our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong Data science and ML ops experience to create data pipelines and productionalize models. Your proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning will be crucial in creating visualizations, performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and monitoring ML models" performance using statistical techniques and Python. You will also play a key role in providing insights on the robustness of models relative to various inputs, preparing reports based on model output, and conducting exploratory analysis using Excel. Additionally, your role will involve developing data ingestion processes, ensuring data quality, and implementing testing strategies for model validation. You will be expected to create value for clients by understanding their needs and translating them into optimal analytical services. Collaborating with client service team members for timely delivery of results and recommendations will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will apply state-of-the-art advanced analytics and modeling techniques to derive business insights and solve complex problems. Communication of these insights to a business audience will be essential. Monitoring model performance in Data Robot and creating dashboards with custom metrics will be part of your tasks. Legacy code migration to Python notebooks and development of CI/CD pipelines for model monitoring are also expected. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Data Science and Python Programming, along with machine learning model development experience. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in machine learning and statistical data analysis using Python, and experience in query languages such as SQL are essential. Familiarity with Data Robot, Airflow, Power BI, and handling large datasets, both structured and unstructured, will be advantageous.
