About The Role

Project Role :Data Platform Engineer

Project Role Description :Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.

Summary:As a Application developer, you will be designing, developing, and deploying interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, extracting and transforming data from various sources, creating robust data models, writing DAX for complex calculations, implementing security, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient data models

Create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate business insights, often creating KPI scorecards and custom visualizations.

Develop and implement complex calculations, measures, and custom logic using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to meet specific business requirements.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Optimize reports and data models for better performance and faster response times

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.

Document the design methodology and project details for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong analytical, problem solving skills to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. -Strong development skills in MS PBI along with expertise in Dax expressions, SQL.

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.

Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud data storage solutions and architectures.

Ability to analyze and optimize performance improvements.
Additional Information :

The candidate should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

A 15-year full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
