Job Description

BI Data Modeller Role Overview Expertise in dimensional and non-dimensional data modelling to support our enterprise data lake and Snowflake-based analytics platform. This role will be responsible for designing optimized, scalable, and high-performance data models that drive business intelligence and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop dimensional and non-dimensional data models for structured and semi-structured data. Design and implement data models optimized for AWS and Snowflake. Ensure efficient data transformations and storage by leveraging AWS Glue and CDK. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and BI teams to ensure models align with business needs. Implement best practices for data modelling, versioning, and governance. Must-Have Skills Strong experience in dimensional and non-dimensional data modelling Expertise in AWS Data Architecture and AWS Data Lakehouse Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing Should-Have Skills Experience with AWS CDK Working knowledge of AWS Glue Working knowledge of Snowflake Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Iceberg Experience optimizing Snowflake for performance and cost Role & responsibilities
