About the Role

We are looking to hire two Data Labelling Associates who will support our AI/ML team by accurately annotating and labelling datasets. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality data labelling and annotation on text, audio, image, or video datasets as per project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Understand and follow project-specific guidelines and annotation standards.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML team to improve labelling processes and quality.
• Identify and report any patterns, anomalies, or inconsistencies in the data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all project-related information.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience in data labelling, data entry, or similar roles (freshers are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools or platforms.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to work from office regularly (mandatory).
