Data Integration Developer

As a Data Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using Snowflake. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable data architectures in Snowflake, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. - Defining best practices for data modeling, storage, and processing within the Snowflake environment. - Developing and maintaining robust ETL processes using Snowflake's native features and tools. - Collaborating with data consumers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Optimizing Snowflake data warehouses for optimal query performance. - Designing effective data models aligned with business requirements. - Implementing data security measures and enforcing industry standards. - Developing automated processes for data pipeline orchestration, monitoring, and alerting. - Proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies. - Creating comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes and Snowflake configurations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Snowflake. - Strong SQL proficiency and expertise in designing complex queries. - In-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and best practices. - Experience with scripting languages (Python or equivalent). - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
