The team's work encompasses real-time cloud-based analytics, embedded dashboards, employee listening, and advanced modeling to guide program and workforce decisions, all grounded in ethical data usage and responsible AI. Your responsibilities will include architecting the future of People Data by designing, implementing, and evolving the people data model architecture. You will pioneer Master Data Management (MDM) by owning the design of MDM architecture for people data. Additionally, you will lead data integration and innovation, develop a roadmap for data collection and integration, take ownership as the product owner for the people data model and cloud-based solution, drive collaborative partnerships, steer data strategy and governance, explore and innovate by monitoring trends in data architecture and HR technology, safeguard security and compliance, champion data quality, and lead change while encouraging communication. To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in delivering business impact through identifying and solving data problems. You should possess extensive experience in data architecture or data modeling, with a focus on HR, workforce, or people data in complex organizational environments. Expertise in cloud-based data solutions and ETL processes relevant to HR and workforce analytics is essential, along with a thorough understanding of HR data domains, data governance frameworks, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data modeling tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms is expected, with a DCAM certification or equivalent being desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also crucial for this role.
