As a member of the team at AHEAD, you will be contributing to building platforms for digital business that leverage cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery to drive digital transformation for enterprises. Key Responsibilities: - Own the ingestion, transformation, modeling, and operational readiness of data supporting RAG, embeddings, agent workflows, and the Memory/State layer. - Build ETL processes using Glue Spark, Glue Python Jobs, and Glue Workflows. - Manage Glue Data Catalog and enforce Lake Formation permissions. - Design data modeling and schema evolution for Bronze/Silver/Gold data. - Implement DMS ingestion and MSK/Kinesis streaming. - Prepare data for embeddings through cleansing, parsing, and metadata enrichment. - Develop data quality frameworks such as Great Expectations and Deequ. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in AWS ETL engineering, streaming ingestion, and building data pipelines for text-heavy workloads. - Deep expertise in AWS ETL. - Strong schema management skills. - Experience with text-heavy pipelines. - Proven ability in building governed Lakehouse systems.
