Data Entry /Telecaller

• Receiving & Making Calls to customers
• Involving in client and customer Follow - up Calls .
• Involving in post sales activities
• Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Hospital.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers .
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Exp : Fresher / Experience
• Qualification : 12th & Any Degree
• Language : Tamil, English & Hindi
