Are You: A detail-oriented professional with fast and accurate typing skills? Experienced in handling large volumes of data using Excel, ERP, and CRM tools ? Comfortable working in the plywood, laminates, surfaces, and wall panels industry ? Vivre Panels is looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain critical business data efficiently. This role involves data accuracy, CRM and ERP management, report generation, and coordination with internal teams . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data entry and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain product, order, and inventory data in Excel, ERP, and CRM tools . Accuracy & Verification: Ensure all data is complete, correct, and error-free before submission. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to streamline data-related tasks. Report Generation: Create and maintain reports to track performance and trends. Database Maintenance: Keep internal databases organized and up to date. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 2-5 years in data entry, preferably in the plywood, laminates, or building materials industry . Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, and CRM tools . Strong typing speed and attention to detail. Education: Graduate (Any field). Additional certifications in data management are a plus. Other: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
