Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data, handling confidential information, and performing regular data backups. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into relevant databases and systems accurately and efficiently Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies Prepare and sort documents for data entry Generate routine reports as needed Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills Work Environment: This role may be onsite, remote, or hybrid, depending on company policies May involve extended periods of sitting and working at a computer Laptop is mandatory
