Role & responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify and cross-check data for any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper records.
  • Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Follow company data entry processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.
