Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in property valuation processes
✔ Data entry & documentation of valuation reports
✔ Draft and review reports as per industry standards
✔ Communicate professionally via email
✔ Maintain records using MS Excel
Requirements:
✔ Typing Speed: 30-40 WPM
✔ Strong English reading & writing skills
✔ Basic MS Excel proficiency
✔ Attention to detail & accuracy
