Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and manage data in our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring data security, and meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified problems. Maintain and update records and files as needed. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Generate reports and summaries as required. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily/weekly targets.
