The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. This role ensures the integrity and confidentiality of information while supporting various administrative and operational processes within the organization.
Retrieve and process data from various sources as needed. Maintain records of activities and completed work. Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data handled. Assist in generating reports and summaries from data. Perform regular backups and data archiving tasks. Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies
