Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Female) Position: Data Entry Operator (Female) Location: Bharat Electronics & furniture Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred) About the Role: We are looking for a female Data Entry Operator who is confident, detail-oriented, and has hands-on experience with computers and Excel. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and the capability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in Excel and company software. Upload purchase records and prepare sales invoices. Handle IMS (Inventory Management System) and ensure timely record maintenance. Manage banking work and coordinate with distributors for payment collection. Maintain daily ledger and reports. Send greetings on festivals and maintain customer relations. Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries. Maintain attendance records and office documentation. Ensure all items are properly tagged with price labels. Handle complaints & inquiries professionally. Create and manage social media posts & updates. Ensure all systems and reports are regularly updated. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel and good computer knowledge. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Experience in customer handling and basic sales support. Must be presentable and well-organized. Ability to handle complex situations & problem-solving. Flexible, smart, and capable of taking extra initiative. Should belong to the local area for convenience. Prior sales/accounting/clerical experience preferred.

Added Advantage: Knowledge of social media handling (posting & status updates). Ability to take extra efforts and work independently. Good at multitasking and team support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
