Job Description

  • Enter, update, and verify data accurately in company databases or systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
  • Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
  • Prepare and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Perform data backups and maintain proper records for reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    12th pass / Diploma / Graduate

    in any stream.
  • Proven experience in

    data entry, back-office, or administrative support

    (preferred).
  • Fast and accurate

    typing speed (minimum 3040 WPM preferred)

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word)

    and basic computer operations.
  • Strong

    attention to detail

    and ability to spot errors.
  • Good

    communication skills

    and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
