Data Entry & Office Assistant

You are a highly punctual, detail-oriented, and computer-proficient individual being sought by a reputed and growing organization for the position of Data Entry & Office Assistant. Your primary responsibilities will include performing accurate and timely data entry on various platforms, maintaining datasets using Google Sheets, and supporting daily operational tasks within the office. This is a fully in-office position based at our South Extension Part 2 office and requires your physical presence six days a week. You will be expected to communicate professionally in English, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams as needed. Additionally, you will navigate and operate within various web-based portals and computer applications, assist with computer-based or office-related tasks as assigned, and consistently demonstrate punctuality and a professional attitude in all responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Google Sheets and general PC operations, possess a strong working knowledge of the English language for communication and documentation, and exhibit excellent punctuality, reliability, and time management skills. You must also be able to commute daily and commit to a strictly in-office work structure. A college degree from a recognized institution is a must. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in data entry, content uploading, or office administration, as well as familiarity with uploading data to e-commerce or client-facing websites.
