Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry ExecutiveLocation: On-site (Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate data across our in-house software system. The candidate will be responsible for entering daily production information, foundry data, attendance records, and other operational inputs, ensuring that all reports are updated correctly and on time. Since the software is in-house, training will be provided and the system is simple to use.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter daily production reports into the company’s in-house software.
Upload and update foundry reports accurately on the software.
Complete and maintain the daily attendance sheet within the software.
Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are correctly updated and saved.
Monitor the in-house software to ensure it is functioning smoothly; report any issues immediately.
Verify data for accuracy before final submission.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.
Coordinate with production, HR, and other departments for timely data collection.
Perform regular checks to ensure data consistency and system updates are properly reflected.

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to learn and operate new software quickly (training will be provided).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work full-time from the office.
Prior experience in data entry will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
