Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the SAP system . Perform data entry tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, material data, sales data, or financial entries depending on department needs. Verify and validate data before entering it into the system. Coordinate with various departments to gather required information. Generate reports and extract data from SAP for management and audit purposes. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of company data. Troubleshoot basic SAP data issues and escalate when needed. Perform regular data backups and support audits and compliance checks. Requirements Skill: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position preferred. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs. Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM with high accuracy. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
