Data Engineer (Snowflake and Tesradata)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced (Min 4 years) Data Engineer with expertise in both Snowflake and Teradata to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that leverage the strengths of both platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake and Teradata. Optimize data storage and retrieval to ensure efficient performance across the platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and reporting. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Snowflake and Teradata platforms. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts. Experience with ETL tools and processes. Familiarity with data modelling and database design principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Cloud. Additional Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
