Data Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a part of iOSYS Software India Pvt. Ltd, a company specializing in providing Digital Marketing, Mobile Applications, and IT Development Solutions to startups, SMBs, and enterprises. As a Data Engineer (Databricks) at iOSYS, your primary responsibility will be designing and building data pipelines using Spark-SQL and PySpark in Azure Databricks. You will collaborate with the DevOps team for deployment and ensure data processes are controlled and errors are corrected promptly. Your role will also involve participating in global Analytics team projects and collaborating with Data Science and Business Intelligence colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build data pipelines using Spark-SQL and PySpark in Azure Databricks - Work on ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and maintain a Lakehouse architecture in ADLS/Databricks - Perform data preparation tasks and collaborate with the DevOps team for deployment - Ensure data processes are controlled and errors are corrected promptly - Participate in global Analytics team projects and collaborate with Data Science and Business Intelligence colleagues - Lead or contribute to various projects within the team Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in data engineering - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Pyspark, Azure, ADF, Databricks, ETL, and SQL - Expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PySpark, Spark SQL, and ADLS - Good to have skills include knowledge of Change Management tools and DevOps practices About the Company: iOSYS Software India Pvt.
