Data Engineer-Data Integration

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in IBM India Pvt. Limited, responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in data engineering and integration.

• Design and develop scalable data integration architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using various technologies and tools.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust testing and validation procedures.
• Optimize data integration processes for performance, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers on data integration best practices.

• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL design patterns, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala, along with experience in big data processing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Azure, is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data integration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement data integration solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
