1. Engage with marketing, CRM, and IT to define use cases, journeys, and KPIs for customer 360.2. Evaluate and recommend CDP platforms (SaaS, hybrid, open-source).3. Design workflows for data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, consent management, segmentation, and activation.4. Ensure closed-loop integration with MarTech, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Netcore Smartech, Salesforce, Adobe).5. Define data governance frameworks including consent, stewardship, compliance.6. Support tool evaluation scorecards and vendor POCs.7. Recommend AI/ML-driven use cases (segmentation, attribution, uplift modeling, cross-sell/upsell, NBA).
