We are looking out for Data engineer for our client corporate office at Ahemdabad . Note: WFO role, Ahmedabad, Shift time either 11.00am to 8.00PM or 12.00noon to 9.00PM PFB the JD and details .-Position Overview- About the Role- As a Data Engineer in the BI C Ops Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in building the backbone of our analytics ecosystem. Your work will ensure that data flows seamlessly from multiple sources into structured, reliable, and scalable systems that power BI dashboards, operational planning, and strategic insights. This is not just a technical roleits an opportunity to influence how data drives business outcomes for global clients. Job Details Job Title Data Engineer Location Ahmedabad Reports to Team Lead BI C Ops Planning Key Responsibilities Design and automate data ingestion and transformation workflows across diverse sources. Create optimized schemas for BI consumption and maintain clear documentation. Implement validation checks, deduplication, and reconciliation routines. Tune SL queries and optimize storage for high-volume datasets. Create REST APIs to integrate with BI databases, internal apps, dialers, and Salesforce workflows. Work closely with BI analysts and Ops Planning teams to align data structures with reporting needs. Required ualifications Experience: .5- 2 years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles, in SQL And Data base. Strong Python programming for data pipelines and automation. Advanced SL and data modeling expertise. Candidates should be comfortable working with PostgreSL in addition to other relational databases (e.g., MS SL Server), including performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization. Familiarity with ETL tools and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow). Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau. Awareness of security and compliance best practices.Preferred Skills Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and other various tools) Understanding of CRM systems. Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop). Basics of CI/CD and containerization (Docker).
