Job Description

As a Data & Document Management New Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Support vertical by managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing optimal resolutions. Your responsibilities will also include closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Your expertise in Data Digitization - Character Recognition, specifically OCR, will be utilized to convert images of text into machine-readable formats, making data more accessible and useful for the business. In this position, you will be tasked with solving routine problems following established guidelines and precedents. Your interactions will primarily be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You can expect to receive detailed instructions for all tasks, and your decisions will have a direct impact on your work under close supervision. As an individual contributor within a team with a defined scope of work, you will need to be prepared for potential rotational shifts as part of your role.
