Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
Work with CouchDB to store, retrieve, and manage document-based data.
Perform data enrichment and transformation using structured and semi-structured formats (e.g., JSON).
Integrate external and internal systems via API integration.
Develop serverless data workflows using AWS Lambda. Model data for analytics and operational use, ensuring scalability and performance.
Optimize batch processing jobs for reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
4+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development.
Strong proficiency in ETL pipeline development and data modeling.
Experience with CouchDB, JSON, and document-based databases.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
Knowledge of API integration and RESTful services.
Familiarity with batch processing frameworks and performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with other AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Step Functions).
Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.
