Role Overview: You are invited to join ACL Digital as an L3 Cisco ACI Engineer based in Hyderabad. With 8 to 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting, configuring, and optimizing our Cisco ACI infrastructure to ensure top-notch network performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, and advanced support for Cisco routers and switches in both data center and enterprise network environments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level support for Cisco ACI infrastructure - Proactively monitor and maintain ACI environments to guarantee optimal performance and stability - Install, configure, and support Cisco routers and switches - Perform firmware upgrades and troubleshoot hardware components - Report network status and incident resolutions to stakeholders - Troubleshoot connectivity issues, routing and switching technologies, WAN technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective network operations Qualification Required: - In-depth exposure to the Cisco Nexus 9K family - Strong understanding of Cisco ACI - Proficiency in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and Static routing - Knowledge in VPC, FHRP, STP, LACP, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, and GETVPN - Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN solution (Viptela) would be an added advantage Additional Details: If you are a qualified candidate with the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to share your resume with us at amit.k@acldigital.com.
