Data & Backend Engineer

Your role will involve designing, implementing, and scaling resilient data infrastructure within a contemporary cloud environment. You will be expected to produce high-quality, production-grade code utilizing Python or similar scripting languages. Additionally, you will actively engage in technical architecture reviews, ensuring thoughtful trade-offs are made. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to devise data-driven solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. An added bonus would be your ability to construct and maintain web scraping systems to cater to custom data requirements. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in data-intensive product development. Proficiency in SQL, especially in query optimization, is essential. You should have expertise in at least one scripting language like Python or Go. Prior experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred. A proven track record of constructing and managing data pipelines end-to-end is highly valued. Familiarity with scraping frameworks and tools will be an advantage.
