Role Overview

Data & Machine Learning (ML) Engineer

high-quality events, features, eligibility rules, ranking logic, and safe GPT rewrites

The role directly supports VIWELL's mission of scaling to millions of users through intelligent, privacy-preserving, and high-performance data and ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define event schemas and data contracts

Engineer and maintain data features

Design and implement eligibility rules and ranking logic

Build guardrails and validation systems

Design A/B experiments

Integrate ML and personalization systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and seamless execution of data and ML solutions.

Stay informed on evolving AI safety principles, data quality standards, and best practices in ML engineering.

Continuously improve feature pipelines, data freshness, ranking performance, and validation accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning

57 years of experience

Python, SQL, Databricks, MLflow

dbt

ML ranking systems, eligibility rules, or recommendation logic

A/B testing

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
