Data and AI Specialist

Role Overview: As a Data & AI Specialist at Elfinity Technologies, you will be responsible for combining technical expertise with problem-solving skills. Your role will involve building scalable data-driven solutions and mentoring junior team members to strengthen the in-house data team. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data. - Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for real-world applications. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data pipelines for business intelligence. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs for freshers, interns, and junior team members. - Document processes, share best practices, and contribute to building a data-first culture at Elfinity Technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. - Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Good understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation. - Exposure to AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is preferred. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to mentor, train, and guide junior team members. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
