Job Summary

As a Data Analytics Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing high-impact training programs in data analytics. Your primary goal will be to guide students through hands-on learning in tools and techniques that are essential for today’s data-driven careers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Design & Delivery

• Develop and deliver classroom-based training programs on data analytics concepts.
• Create engaging training materials, case studies, and real-world projects.
• Facilitate hands-on sessions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.

2. Mentoring & Learner Support

• Provide individual mentoring and technical support to learners.
• Evaluate learner performance and give constructive feedback.
• Encourage practical problem-solving and critical thinking.

3. Curriculum Enhancement

• Keep content updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics.
• Collaborate with academic and industry experts to improve curriculum relevance.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related role.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/R.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of data wrangling, data visualization, statistical methods, and dashboard building.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam.
• Patience, clarity in instruction, and a passion for teaching.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or CAP are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
