Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends by brand, city, and store.
Analyze menu performance, identify top-selling and underperforming items
Monitor aggregator metrics impressions, menu opens, conversion rates, and AOV (Average Order Value).
Prepare actionable dashboards for management (Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or Data Studio).
Operational insights- measure kitchen prep time, cancellations, and order delays; recommend process improvements.
Data reporting & automation- create automated reports and trackers (daily/weekly MIS).

About Company: We are a healthy food brand running operations in PAN India which is Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai. We aim to make millet-based food accessible and affordable to all.
