Job Description

As a Data & Analytics professional, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support by analyzing financial transactions, identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding clients and the organization with your expertise and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools like SQL, Tableau, or Python. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting will also be a key aspect of your role. You will be evaluated based on critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology proficiency, in addition to job-specific technical skills. This role is based in Noida. The primary purpose of this role is to support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through the design, development, and maintenance of management reports and dashboards. These reports effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools and techniques. - Developing and implementing automated report generation processes to enhance efficiency and timeliness. - Analyzing business requirements to define report content and format. - Maintaining and updating existing reports and dashboards to align with changing business needs. - Developing processes and controls for collating input data and seeking necessary approvals. - Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that reporting reflects up-to-date data. As an Analyst in this role, you are expected to have an impact on related teams, collaborate with other functions and business areas, take responsibility for operational processing and activities, escalate policy breaches appropriately, and embed new policies and procedures for risk mitigation. You will also be responsible for advising and influencing decision-making, managing risks, strengthening controls, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Building a strong understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the broader function, as well as the organization's products, services, and processes, is crucial for success in this role. Furthermore, resolving problems, guiding team members, communicating complex information effectively, and serving as a contact point for stakeholders outside your immediate function are key expectations.
