Data Analytics and Applied AI Engineer - DFT Methodology

Role Overview: NVIDIA, a company constantly reinventing itself, is seeking a Design-for-Test Engineer to join their team. The role involves working on groundbreaking innovations related to DFT architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation for complex semiconductor chips. As an integral member of the team, you will explore Applied AI solutions for DFX and VLSI problem statements, architect generative AI solutions, deploy predictive ML models for efficient Silicon Lifecycle Management, collaborate with various teams, and mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Explore Applied AI solutions for DFX and VLSI problem statements - Architect end-to-end generative AI solutions focusing on LLMs, RAGs & Agentic AI workflows - Deploy predictive ML models for efficient Silicon Lifecycle Management - Collaborate with VLSI & DFX teams to design tailored solutions for engineering challenges - Work with cross-functional AI teams to evolve generative AI technologies - Define data collection, storage, consumption, and management for next-generation AI use cases - Mentor junior engineers on test designs, trade-offs, cost, and quality considerations Qualifications Required: - BSEE or MSEE from reputed institutions with 2+ years of experience in DFT, VLSI & Applied Machine Learning - Experience in Applied ML solutions for chip design problems - Significant experience in deploying generative AI solutions for engineering use cases - Good understanding of fundamental DFT & VLSI concepts like ATPG, scan, RTL & clocks design, STA, place-n-route, and power - Experience in applying AI for EDA-related problem-solving is a plus - Excellent knowledge of statistical tools for data analysis & insights - Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, C++, or TCL desired - Strong organization and time management skills for a fast-paced multi-task environment - Self-motivated, independent, with the ability to work with minimal day-to-day direction - Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a curiosity for rare challenges Note: NVIDIA offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.
