As a Data Analyst in the Telecommunications & Fiber Industry, your role will involve gathering, processing, and analyzing large datasets related to projects to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining data architectures, creating interactive dashboards, and developing comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and operational improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality assurance will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Design and maintain data architectures for data integrity, availability, and security. - Develop interactive dashboards for visualizing key performance indicators and metrics. - Create comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for strategic planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. - Implement data validation and cleansing processes for accuracy and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. - Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R. - Visualization Tools: Proficiency in dashboard development using Power BI or similar platforms. - Understanding of Telecom Systems: Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber network infrastructures. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights. In addition to the qualifications, relevant certifications in data analytics or system architecture and prior experience in the telecommunications or fiber industry are preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, FastField, MS Office, MS Teams, QuickBooks Enterprise, MS Automate, and Power BI will be advantageous for this role.,
