Role Overview: The role involves interpreting data and transforming it into valuable information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to improve business processes and decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the technical scope of projects by gathering information from various sources and interpreting patterns and trends - Develop record management processes and policies - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements - Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients - Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation - Set up and maintain automated data processes - Evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing - Track key performance indicators - Analyze data sets and provide relevant information to clients - Design and conduct surveys, analyze survey data, and prepare reports using business analytics tools - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and benchmark against competitors - Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present insights to management - Develop predictive models and share insights with clients Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in interpreting data and transforming it into valuable information - Proficiency in data analysis, survey design, and business analytics reporting tools - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Experience in automation, data validation, and cleansing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills Company Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation.
