Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role involves interpreting data to create information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations that can help improve business decisions. You will be responsible for managing the technical scope of projects, gathering and interpreting data from various sources, building relationships with clients, providing data insights, and identifying areas for process efficiency and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration, and modeling) and interpret patterns and trends - Develop record management processes and policies - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements - Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients - Identify areas for increasing efficiency and automation of processes - Set up and maintain automated data processes - Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing - Produce and track key performance indicators - Analyze data sets, liaise with internal and external clients, design and carry out surveys, and analyze survey data - Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to customers" business, prepare reports, create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations - Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, present insights to management, develop predictive models, and share insights with clients Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients - Experience in interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights - Knowledge of business analytics and reporting tools - Understanding of data validation and cleansing processes Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
