As a Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the telecommunications and fiber industry, your role involves utilizing your analytical prowess, technical expertise, and system architecture skills to transform data into actionable insights for driving business decisions. - **Data Collection & Analysis:** Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to projects. - **System Architecture:** Design and maintain data architectures ensuring data integrity, availability, and security across various platforms. - **Dashboard Development:** Create interactive dashboards visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for stakeholders. - **Reporting:** Develop comprehensive reports offering actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. - **Data Quality Assurance:** Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. - Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. - Proficiency in dashboard development using tools like Power BI or similar platforms. - Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber network infrastructures. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
